New Forms Solution for South Australian agents

South Australian agents now have access to a new forms solution that is integrated with their day-to-day platforms and allows them to own their data.
Forms Live is the rebrand of the forms platform owned by Dynamic Methods and includes an extensive new suite of compliant South Australian forms and contracts drafted by law firm, Lynch Meyer Lawyers.
David Howell, the CEO and founder of Dynamic Methods, said he was excited to be offering South Australian agents a genuine choice of forms provider.
“It is the first time in decades that South Australian agents have had a choice as to which forms provider to use, and we believe competition is a good thing,” Mr Howell said.
The move comes after REISA gave 12 months notice to Dynamic Methods to end its 13-year contract to use the Dynamic Methods platform.
Absent of any direction from REISA, Dynamic Methods made the decision to replace the forms with its own, provide ongoing access to past information generated in the system and honour the existing contracts.
“We have worked extremely hard to deliver an extensive suite of compliant forms and contracts needed by South Australian agents, and these will work in exactly the same way as the old forms,” Mr Howell said.
“It is really important to us at Dynamic Methods to ensure South Australian agents have a continuity of service and can conduct business as usual without major disruption after REISA ended the contract.”
Mr Howell continued: “We have streamlined and provided all the core forms that our clients use. All our forms will be updated regularly to ensure the full scope of forms are catered for.”
Dynamic Methods had not been able to inform users of the changes in advance. Under the terms of the old contract, it was not permitted to communicate directly with REISA members about the termination without REISA's agreement.
“Under our previous contract, REISA was the owner of the client relationships with its members, the copyright on the forms and the data generated by them. This tied our hands around communicating with users directly,” Mr Howell explained.
“But we have worked hard to minimise the disruption, and we will provide as much assistance as we can to ensure that it is business as usual for South Australian agents.”
Mr Howell said one of the most important differences between the old and new forms was that agents would be able to access and own any data generated within the platform. This replicates the Forms Live service that Dynamic Methods offers in Victoria.
“Agencies that decide to use the new Forms Live will retain ownership and access to their data and any forms and contracts they generate in the system, even if they decide to end their relationship with us,” Mr Howell said.
“This is a really important differentiation. From today, agents can make a genuine choice about who owns the data that is captured in their documents and forms. They can choose to use a system they are familiar with that ensures they own the rights to the data generated from any contracts they create.”
