Dynamic Methods is proud to support innovation in the Australian proptech sector by sponsoring two key categories at the 2025 Proptech of the Year Awards.

Hosted by Proptech Australia, the fifth annual awards gala will take place on July 3 at the Fullerton Hotel in Sydney, welcoming more than 325 guests.

Dynamic Methods will be sponsoring the Administration & Efficiency and Property Management and Maintenance categories, highlighting its dedication to fostering advancements in these crucial areas of real estate.

David Howell, CEO of Dynamic Methods said the sponsorship was part of the company’s commitment to playing it forward, especially in support of emerging technologies.

“We’ve attended every year of the awards and have found it hugely valuable to see the showcase of innovation that the awards reveal, while also enjoying connecting with other founders and providers,” David said. “The Proptech Awards have played a large role in building the community of proptech and creating relationships across the sector.”

As a company that underpins industry compliance and administration through the creation of real estate forms, David said Dynamic Methods was passionate about encouraging solutions that increase the efficiency of the real estate sector.

The president of Proptech Australia, Kylie Davis, said it was the support from established proptechs like Dynamic Methods that demonstrated industry leadership.

“An industry association can only exist if long term industry players get behind it and support initiatives to nurture innovation and set standards for excellence,” Kylie said.

“We would like to thank Dynamic Methods for leading by example with their ongoing support of the association.”

The ongoing commitment to innovation by Dynamic Methods was most recently demonstrated in May with the successful creation of an MCP (Model Context Protocol) Server for the Forms Live platform.

The company has extended an invitation to the broader proptech industry to benefit from their experiences. Notably, the Forms Live MCP marks the first application of Anthropic’s MCP – an open protocol designed to help Claude AI models integrate with third-party applications – within the Australian real estate sector.

Mr Howell added: "Some of the most effective technologies for real estate are leveraging data to enhance business processes. As a company that captures data at the very beginning of the property transaction through the provision of our Forms Live forms, we want to encourage further innovation that drives efficiency and profitability."
