Dynamic Methods are excited to share that we were one of the many sponsors of the Real Estate Zoomathon, an event that helped raise money for Hands Across the Water and broke online training program records.

The event was an Industry first ‘Live Aid’ moment. The Zoomathon ran across two days, for a total of 33-hours straight - As a result, the event set the record for the longest known online training program.

33 sessions were held across the 33-hours, hosted by trainers, coaches, and speakers of the Real Estate industry, professionals who joined from all across the globe - With over 100 hosts in total.

“We wanted to create unity, we wanted to make sure all the brands just dropped their colours and competitiveness, just for a small time…for the good of Hands Across the Water,” said Digital Live founder, Steve Carroll.

The idea was originally intended to be a 24-hour long event, quickly more and more professionals wanted to get involved and aid the cause, such as Dynamic Methods, and the Zoom was extended to 33-hours.

“It was an initiative that came up between Samantha McLean, from Elite Agent, and I…What can we do to bring the industry together and at the same time throw some dollars at the amazing charity, Hands Across the Water,” said Carroll.

The motivation behind the event was to raise funds as well as awareness for Hands Across the Water - The goal was to raise $150K for the charity. Although the Zoomathon has passed, you can still donate to the worthwhile cause, Hands Across the Water.

While COVID has impacted the charity’s ability to raise funds and continue their work, Hands Across the Water is committed to funding education programs, setting children up for life, and bringing change to the broader community - Funding 27 kids through university with scholarships.

The intention with the Zoomathon was to bring together the Real Estate industry in a significant way, so the industry could together provide support for the charity.

Dynamic Methods are proud to have been able to join industry peers in sponsoring such an event, it was a wonderful opportunity for the industry to come together for a great cause.
